Arsenal beat Everton 4-0 in the Premier League title race
Arsenal put their Premier League title hopes back in their own hands with a 4-0 win over Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
The victory moved Arsenal five points clear of Manchester City, who host Aston Villa in the final match of the season on Sunday.
Bukayo Saka opened the scoring for Arsenal in the first half, with Gabriel Martinelli doubling the lead after the break. Eddie Nketiah added a third and Martin Odegaard sealed the win in the dying minutes.
Arsenal dominated the match from start to finish and were worthy winners. They created a number of chances and could have won by a bigger margin.
The victory means that Arsenal are now in pole position to win their first Premier League title since 2004. They need to beat Everton and hope that Manchester City drop points against Aston Villa.
It is set to be a thrilling final day of the Premier League season, with the title race still very much up for grabs.
